About

Before taking yoga and fitness from personal to professional, Simona earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a minor in Public Relations & Strategic Communications, and a certificate in Special Event Management from Arizona State University, with a 4.0 GPA. She graduated with honors, in the top 5% of her class, and carries her desire for excellence and heart for the human condition and experience forward into everything she does.

Simona’s professional life began as a Marketing Assistant with a Fortune 500 company before she went on to become the Marketing Manager for a startup in the real estate investment industry. These roles asked her to wear many hats and taught her a ton of great life lessons, but ultimately left her unsatisfied and drove her into the wellness industry to make a career out of her hobbies.

She is on fire for the whole health life experience - body, soul, spirit - and eager to help others on their journeys, too. Simona uses her intuition to help her clients assess their own needs, recognizing just how nuanced and complex people are.

Simona’s approach within the specific scope of movement is holistic and based on factors far more important than aesthetic, including but not limited to, emotional and mental state, mind-body connection, stress levels, age, season of life, breathing patterns, sleep quality, hydration, nutrition, and more.

It is her belief that movement must be made accessible and enjoyable in order to become a lifestyle, and it is the joy of her life to help people establish new, healthy habits and behaviors that enrich and transform them before her very eyes.
